The air-lab bend is smooth on the interior and is designed optimally for air flow.
A high level of impermeability and ease of assembly are provided by the air-lab coupling technology with sealing element and bayonet mount. No tools need to be used for coupling
The connection point lock exhibits no torsion, meaning there is no return torque, which might otherwise lead to a loosening of the connection points.
The bend is made from highly resistant, fibre-reinforced polyamide.
Hygiene plugs protect the bend from contamination. The plugs are removed just
before assembly.

The air-lab bend thermo is made in the same way as the previously mentioned non-insulated bend.
However, it also has an additional insulation.
The insulation consists of a highly flexible synthetic rubber foam with an extremely low
thermal conductivity.
