Block distributors, vent heating elements of the ultra series, module heating elements

as well as transition pieces and bends are connected with

highly flexible non-insulated or insulated air-lab hose line segments.

HOSE LINE (SL)

The air-lab hose line is smooth on the interior.

The transitions from the coupling to the nipple are also smooth.

 

A high level of impermeability and ease of assembly are provided by the air-lab coupling technology with sealing element and bayonet mount. No tools need to be used for coupling

 

The connection point lock exhibits no torsion, meaning there is no return torque, which might otherwise lead to a loosening of the connection points.

 

The hose line consists of an ether-polyurethane mantle with an embedded

hard-PVC spiral.

 

Nipple, coupling and bayonet ring are made from highly resistant,

fiber-reinforced polyamide.

 

Hygiene plugs protect the hose line from contamination.

The plugs are removed just before assembly.

 

HOSE LINE THERMO (SLT)

The air-lab hose line thermo is made in the same way as the previously named non-insulated air-lab hose line. However, it also has an additional insulating tube lining.

 

The insulating tube lining consists of a highly flexible foam of synthetic rubber with an extremely low thermal conductivity.
